In the Value Integration & Exploration Workshop (VIEW), Vibrant Systems guides your organization's leadership and employees through the process of identifying the values that are meaningful to them and creating a strategy to integrate those values into your organization.  

The Workshop

Understanding our values has benefits beyond an organization’s walls, and everyone can benefit from learning to connect with their values on a deeper level. 

VIEW can be offered to an organization’s entire team as a way to foster connection and organizational alignment. When we know our personal values, we can make choices within the workplace and beyond that celebrate those values. 

Through a series of exercises, both relational and anonymous, this workshop provides your organization’s staff the opportunity to delve into what makes their hearts sing. From there, Vibrant Systems encourages open conversations within the organization around how these personal values can be integrated into daily tasks and role responsibilities through the sharing of our Post-VIEW Communications Package. 

For an additional cost, Vibrant Systems will even help you implement your VIEW Plan! 

This package addition includes:

• An internal, limited time, organization newsletter communicating the values and actions committed to by leadership

• Services to support the update of your public-facing Mission and Vision statements

• Evaluation services on the implementation success of your VIEW Plan
